Dr. Mohamed A Moneim, Chairman PDG/ICE Qatar.

-          Dr. Mohamed is a Fellow Chartered member of ICE and has been chairing the PD group since 2013.

-       -    Over 26 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering.

-         -  Worked with international consultants firm, contractors and         government authorities in the Middle East.
